Supporting Caregivers and Their Families
The Agency’s Family Caregiver Support Program provides information, education and support to caregivers and their families. The Family Caregiver Support Program offers grant monies (subject to available funding) to pay for respite care – allowing the caregiver a break, or respite, and Emergency Response Systems – i.e. Lifeline™. Educational programs on caregiving, legal issues, and other topics can be provided to groups upon request. The Family Caregiver Support Program will help assess needs and find solutions in your community. Please contact us for further information.
